My professional support: each session is tailored to your goal, your fitness level and your schedule: The training takes place in an exclusive PT room in the Neptunbad in Cologne Ehrenfeld – or flexibly as online coaching, no matter where you are in Cologne or throughout Germany.

My personal training sessions take place in the exclusive PT training room at Neptunbad (Cologne Ehrenfeld) – no membership required. Clients can take advantage of a special offer: afterwards, use the large sauna area for €10/90 minutes.
2:1 Training
Personal training sessions for two people are also available in the training room of the Neptunbad. In addition, individually arranged outdoor group training sessions can be arranged.
